Nana App is an end-to-end digital e-shopping platform dedicated to ordering and delivering food and grocery items from local stores in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The App provides a convenient and easy shopping experience via a smooth interface through which the desired products can be selected and delivered directly to the user's home. Your use of the Nana App and your provision of your personal information to us constitutes your consent to the terms contained in this policy. The word "We" or "The Company" refers to Nana company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while "You" or "User" means any person who uses the Nana App.

If you browse the store, we do not collect any personal data about you unless you decide to use and benefit from the service. If you use it, we then collect the following data through the App:

Nana product prices are subject to 15% VAT. Nana's VAT certificate.

Refund Policy

What law governs the Terms?

The Terms of Use are governed by the law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and your acceptance of them means your consent to the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
